– 30+ days before travel: 10% retention.
– 15–30 days before travel: 50% retention.
– Less than 15 days: 100% retention.
– No refund after trip commencement.
– After arrival, guests have to pay the full amount as per the current tariff if there is a change in hotel, room category, or vehicle type.
– No refund will be provided in case of any changes or cancellations in the plan after arrival.
– Changes in dates, guest names, or category of rooms would be treated as cancellations.
– Guest ID card, ID card type and ID card number are mandatory at the time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
– Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptops or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, works of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.
– The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at the sole disposal of guests.
