• Guest ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly
• carry the same ID card on tour.
• Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics / laptop or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.

• The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at sole disposal of guest.
• This is an indicative itinerary subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

Cancellation Policy

• The Full amount will be refunded if canceled before 30 days of scheduled arrival.
• 50% retention charges, If canceled before 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30
• days).
• 100% retention charges, if canceled than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• After arrival, change in hotel, room category or vehicle type, guests have to pay the full amount
• as per current tariff.
• No refund will be provided in case of any changes or cancellation in plan after arrival.
• Changes in dates, guest name, or category of rooms would treat as cancellation.

  Child Policy

•  1-year to 5 year Child= Complimentary(without Extra Bed & vehicle space
•  5-year to 11years Child = Consider as Extra Person
•  12-year and above considered as an adult.

• Airfare / Train fare / Bus fare from Home
• Guide or entrance fees of monuments, museum, etc.
• Any sports activities are not included in the package.
• Personal expenses such as Room services, laundry, telephone charges, tip etc.
• Expenses occurred due to bad weather, Flight or ferry cancellation, strike or any political unrest to be paid by guest as per actual
• Any Extra cost or Expenses which are not mentioned in Inclusion.
