Cancelation Policy
- The Full amount will be refunded if canceled before 30 days of scheduled arrival.
- 50% retention charges, If canceled before 15 days prior to scheduled arrival(but less than 30 days).
- 100% retention charges, if canceled than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- After arrival, change in the hotel, room category, or vehicle type, guests have to pay the full amount per current tariff.
- No refund will be provided in case of any changes or cancellations in the plan after arrival.
- Changes in dates, guest names, or category of rooms would treat as a cancellation.
Child Policy
- 1-year to 5 years Child= Complimentary(without Extra Bed & vehicle space
- 5-year to 11years Child = Consider as Extra Person
- 12-year and above considered as an adult.
